Brady, Manning, Rogers, Bush and McCoy buying players gifts break NFL rules???

At what point do players buying gifts for other players break NFL rules? Maybe the Saints should have just bought guy’s expensive gift for good clean hits on opposing players. It seems to me that if a player buys a gift or gives cash to other players for performing their jobs; then this may very well break some NFL rules about additional compensation above and beyond their contract. I think the NFL (NO FUN LEAGUE) should put a stop to this behavior because it maybe viewed as paying players for during a job that they already get paid for doing and may put them over the salary cap. Like Brady buying 3 O-linemen new $50,000+ cars (Audi Q7 SUV) or Manning buying things from custom suites to watches for his guys. See links below for article that celebrate this type of behavior:
