I generally agree, but the biggest thing that Drummond needs to learn is to be the toughest mfer on the floor. I think Calhoun can teach him that. Skill sets are better learned under NBA tutelage though.

he doesn't have to be this

he needs to have desire to get better. college or pro is irrelevant, really. it's his choice

he's going to be as good as he wants to be, basically.
