dice 1/2 red (purple) onion and season with tony's and let sit in a GLASS bowl for at least an hour.
ADD TO ONIONS AFTER MARINATED:
1 cp- Ketchup
1/2 cp- Mayo
couple dashes- LOUISIANA hot sauce
couple dashes- DILL WEED (not dill seed)
The keys to this recipe is the marinating of the onions. But, most IMPORTANTLY the DILL WEED
