No chance. The brick and mortar stores were on the way out regardless with all the options you mentioned. Why waste time and gas driving to a store when you can pay the same amount and have a movie sent right to you TV?

Blockbuster is giving it a go but Netflix is owning them right now I'd guess.

They could have cornered the video game market and not let places like gamestop and walmart step in. I still dont think that would have helped them in the movie department but overall it would have.

They could have partnered with places like pizza hut, dominos, etc so that when you order food you can also order a movie.

Their really is nothing they could have done.

Doesn't explain Redbox. Can't imagine why people use that shite. Still have to bring your arse to and from machine. Screw that.

I rent movies using my X-Box or PS3 and stream them.
