Squirrel Jihad

So as I wrote a few weeks ago about my major squirrel problem. They have been destroying my house. Well, I borrowed my friends .22 that shoots shorts this morning and have camped out on my front porch. All I can say is:

Vol Fan in the Bayou: 4
Squirrels: 0

Two summers ago:

Tigris - 40+ squirrels; 6 coons, 1 cat.

The squirrel and coon population is no smaller than it was 2 years ago so I guess they won the war; kind of like the VC. BTW the wif's cat was not killed, just caught in the cage trap.
