I agree but those improvements require money and more money requires more hunters who kill more game and like you said it's a vicious cycle.

I would love to see LA expand the calibers. I completely agree the "primitive weapons" designation is a joke, but I'm not complaining about an extra couple weeks of season. When I get older I'll get into the "true primitive weapons". In the mean time I wish the 35 whelen was on there! Legal in MS (where I lived for 5 yrs). Shoots a hell of lot flatter than a 45-70. But as I understand it pretty much ballistic equivalent of the -06 necked up.
