I don't know how much money you have but those places you listed are ridiculous for a first time blind date. Stella? Have you been there? I dont think this guy is willing to drop 45 bucks an entree on someone he doesnt know. Galatoire's is a horrible idea for a date restaurant.

Something refined but not outrageously expensive is what you should go for. Atchafalaya, La Thai, Upperline, Crepe Nanou, maybe even Jacques-Imo's if you're looking for a really casual atmosphere.

If you like Italian look up Maximo's Italian Grill. Very good. Great wine selection. She will be impressed.

Cause nothing is more romantice than a cock roach crawling across your plate while you eat. The fragrance of a rat rotting in the wall is quite alluring too.
