Techincally, you drop .24 seconds from gun to laser time. That would give him a sub 4. However, the only way to really know is to see him run it.
FWIW, I think Bolt could run 4 flat on an elite mondo track in spikes and shite with a laser timed system. I also think a guy like Chris Johnson (at his fastest) could run like a 4.1 on a track in track spikes.

i just wanna see all this shite go down. put bolt and a couple other track guys (powell, gay, etc...) and then throw in dudes like chris johnson, lebron, cristiano ronaldo, walcott, lennon, bale, westbrook (basically who the frick ever from sports) and race these bitches. would be awesome
