Look I ran the math in another thread and when he ran the 9.58 he would have crossed the 40 yard mark at 4.201. This is going off of the gun I think we could safely say that he has a 1/10 of a second reaction time meaning I think he would be in a legit 4.1 range at the combine.

Techincally, you drop .24 seconds from gun to laser time. That would give him a sub 4. However, the only way to really know is to see him run it.
FWIW, I think Bolt could run 4 flat on an elite mondo track in spikes and shite with a laser timed system. I also think a guy like Chris Johnson (at his fastest) could run like a 4.1 on a track in track spikes.
