What do you mean? Like if you gave him a 50 meter running start?
Bolt's fastest 10m splits are .82 and he actually can sustain that speed for 40 yards (but not much longer) so the analysis is pretty easy: .82*3 + .82*.65 == 2.99
But that's sort of a silly question. You don't usually give guys 50 meter running starts.
