I've been to Chef's Point Cafe near Ft Worth. It was really good.
Also went to Bluewater Seafood Market and Grill in San Diego. The best fish tacos I've ever had.

Jamaican Gates in Arlington
Twisted Root Burger in Dallas
I liked all of them, but Chef's Point is the best of the 3. I have been multiple times.
