Desktop PC Question

I posted this on the OT but didn't get any responses.
Here are the specs for my laptop.
It is perfect for what I use it for (word, excel, porn, spotify, etc).
I need a desktop that has similar or better specs but isn't expensive. I do want the ability to use two or three monitors. How does this look?

I'll have to buy a video card anyway won't I?

Question: Do you have any spare parts already on hand from another desktop (ie: hard drives, cd drives, a case, etc...)?
If so you may be able to save a few bucks and just buy the parts you don't already have.
I did the same a while back when a few friends of mine gave me spare parts that don't really need to be "up to date" (case, hard drive, cd drive). Saved me a good bit of money or spend the savings on getting a better vid card or processor.

Are you planning on just doing stuff like you do on your laptop or some gaming too? I think you can do multiple monitors on integrated graphics but don't quote me on that. Also if you are not a student that can get free windows, don't forget to factor in cost of windows unless you plan on using hackintosh or linux if you are building a computer.
