The Loving Story

I just finished watching this HBO movie and thought that it was very well done. They had a lot of file footage from the 1960s.
When I was in law school I wrote a paper on Loving v. Virginia (which was then only 6 years old) and the Supreme Court's striking of the anti-miscegenation laws banning marriage and sex between whites and non-whites.
Many years later I had a couple of cases with Bernie Cohen, one of the lawyers who argued the case on behalf of the Lovings in the Supreme Court. He's a very fine lawyer and a true gentleman.
