The worst thing was, I shouldn't have been. I did everything I was supposed to do, but the Command Center landed anyway.

I just started playing some 2v2, and it's completely different.
Yeah, I play regularly with 3v3 and we have fun and move up the ladder quite often. We trust each other enough for us to move our troops around and/or pick up the slack if a teammate goes down. The down teammate will move units while we produce. So we've won games we wouldn't have if we weren't a team. Plus we skype while playing.
SC2 is such a competitive game.

I could use some people to play team games with, for when I dont feel like playing super serious high diamond/masters players.
As for how to beat a planetary fortress rush, scout. If you see an extremely early engineering bay(as in before barracks, if its after the rush will hit too late and you will have units to deal with it.)
A planetary fortress, unlike a normal command center or a orbital command, cannot fly. Once you see the engineering bay, try to find a proxy command center, or the rush will hit later. When the command center flies over, pull probes, if you stop this, you win, so the lost mining time doesnt matter and make sure to kill any repairing SCVs.
