I think you may be stretching the definition of noir just a bit with most of those movies. And you didn't even mention Someone to Watch Over Me.
I go with Scott though just for Blade Runner alone.

Yeah, I'm stretching it. Only because those two are the only one's to come close to any type of "darkness" in their films and also have major success.

I wouldn't say that. Coen Bros, Lynch & Fincher have had major success with their noir films.

Scott, if for any other reason than the fact that Nolan expressly designed "The Bottoms" in Batman Begins to look like Blade Runner.

True, I'll give you Fincher and some of the Coen's stuff. I just think that Nolan and Scott do it best. IDK maybe I'm little biased, those are two guys I look up to.

It's cool I could talk about it all day Noir,Neo-Noir and Thrillers are my favorite genre.

Hell, Fincher should be in the running just for Seven.
But between the two given, going with Scott. Not a big Nolan fan. He's good, but not as god-like as fanboys would have you believe.

Gotta agree with you. I can't think of a single "noir" film that Nolan directed. You could push it and say inception...but no.

Memento is the only one of his movies I'd consider Noir. Batman Begins you could argue has some noir elements though mostly visual.

Scott wins with Blade Runner.
And Coen Bros noir >>>>>>>>>> Nolan's. And their movies have less plot holes.
