Thanks for all the info. It's really helping me plan the trip!

My girlfriend is from LA. I got into it through her family. I love the whole thing, there isn't anything like it in England!

We get most games live (missed ole miss and west Kentucky last season and I think Florida was on about 6 hours delayed). Ive actually been to see mike last summer but I need to go on game day. I would also wanna be in the lower bowl if possible. Im really looking forward to tailgating! I anticipate lots of 'wtf' questions when people hear me talk though haha.

As a fellow Brit I can confirm that tha TS game day experience is unique/awesome.
Been following LSU since I met my coonass wife to be in 2005
All I can stress is get there early to avoid parking issues and dont forget the tickets (ues it happened once lastseason)

How old are you? Wanna sit in the student section? Is your GF a student or does she know some?

LSU allows students who have tix to pay $40 and change that to a general admission tic to the student section. It is crazy fun to sit there, the heart of everything that happens. If a student has a Miss State tic they don't want to use you might be able to do this. Unfortunately, the school suspends this deal for a couple of the most attractive games, which will certainly include Bama this year.

Score one of those tickets, spread that Brit accent around, and you'll have a great time.
