Why was MW2 so much better than MW3

Finally started playing. After playing the shite out of MW2 and COD4, I waited to get this one. By no means am I bad rocking the 2.15 K/D and over 1.60 W/L. But this game isn't on the level of MW2

Mw2 is better because of less bullet lag and slightly better maps.

Its because they keep trying to make the game better for shitty players, like the support kill streaks and death streaks (last stand especially)
