wasn't the same game plan, Offense just couldn't execute the one they had in place....wtf is so hard to understand about that?

Les Miles truly thought he would win 9-6 again. He was playing super conservative and he thought his quarterback not passing the ball would not be an issue. Les Miles was waiting for the defense to create a turnover or for the special teams to run a punt back. He was perfectly content with playing field position, even when down by double digit points.

This. JJ couldn't execute it. Guys were open, ball wasn't there due to qb play.

I said it before the NC game and I'll say it again. LSU needed to stretch the field against Bama. I suggested putting in Mett to start the first series of the game and send one way long and got slammed for it. Anyway, now in hindsight, maybe others think it would have been a good idea...
