Did anyone hear Jimbo Fisher say that he thought Florida State had the toughest non-conference schedule in the country this past season? What was he smokin'?
I can not believe that him and his staff manage to get the talent they do and still can not win the bullshite ACC.

well it could have been argued preseason that it was with Florida and Oklahoma but in the end LSU's was tougher with Oregon and West Virginia.

the tough schedule comment is total BS but he is a good coach and building something worth while at FSU. He's got some pretty big shoes to fill to boot.

His recruiting has been incredible but they're play during games has only moderately improved. National media guys always seem anxious for FSU to return to power and they give them more credit than they deserve.

Why CFB coaches even harp on this anymore is a wonder to me.
The regular season schedule means nothing now. Schedule a bunch of pansies, lose none/one, then go to Miami.
I hope LSU never plays a tough OOC schedule again. It's pointless.

IMO the regular season has been deemed meaningless now by going with a rematch. play nobodys and win out, fine with me

It's pointless as far as just winning is all that's needed, but it definitely tests the team, and, it made the majority of our schedule must see
