I used to work at NGT, and I see they now have a full menu. The owner owned a few restaurants previously and is the one who created the menu at NGT. I am excited to go try it out. Though I'd post the menu here for you all (:
I haven't been yet, so I can't vouch for the food, but for a bar the food seems interesting.
Mac and Cheese and Grilled Cheese are my two favorite foods so I kinda want to try that sandwich.

I was wondering this too, especially since the hipsters still claim Highland Coffees as their own.
True cool story bro, my friend and I went there last year to work on a project for class. We saw a hipster sitting in there playing chess by himself and drinking apple cider. Our reactions were "

A friend I used to hang out with mores gf owns it now. Haven't been there yet but she's a really good chef.
