So Bama and Texas aren't "loaded" at all positions? Both recruit top 3 classes every year.

There is no question we do more with the players we get. Bama has hacked the system, so you can discount them as an outlier, somewhat - but clearly Texas has, in a similar vein to USC, recruited lots of very highly rated players, but rarely produces a "football team" even approaching their level of talent.
