Old School definitely. And IMO, I think 40 Year Old Virgin will hold up really well and eventually be considered an all-time great comedy.
There's Something About Mary could also make it, though less so than 40YOV I think.
When I saw 40YOV, it was the funniest movie I had seen since Dumb and Dumber, and that's high praise from me (since D&D is my #1 funniest movie of all time).

so overrated IMO. It became popular for people to say "OMG this movie is so underrated and is more of a documentary about our future!" It's really not as smart of a movie as people like to pretend it is.
