Grey Goose = Vodka = Russian
Jose Cuervo - Tequila = Mexican
Johnnie Walker = Scotch = Scotch
Ayon = Mexican =/= Russian
Grievis = Venezuelan =/= Mexican
Landry = African-American =/= Scotch
Grey Goose = Vodka = Russian

"Goose" is the nickname that Ayon was given by his teammates because "Gustavo" is his name. It being shorthand for vodka is a bonus given that Jack already had Gentleman Jack as his nickname.
Grievis and Landry being Cuervo and Johnny Walker, though, is trying too hard.
