I know there have been a few threads about bow fishing but I searched and couldn't find one. Who do you guys recommend for bow fishing reds?

I like to think of it as payback for all those times I went fishing and didn't get a bite

I'm all for it. There are a few posters here that are opposed though.

Far from it, I want to go badly. When I get a go-devil I think I'm gonna rig up some kind of halfassed removable light and platform setup and get a cheap bow to give it a try

Fair? since when did the dadgum fish play by the rules. I had one hooked fair and square once using a tube jig and the little fricker spit out the hook. Is that fair? What about the one that flopped out of the boat when I made a bad toss at the ice chest? Don't talk about fair.

Boats, I've got an extra Muzzy bow fishing setup if your interested. Can pick up a cheap used bow off LA Sportsman and you'll be ready to go.

Um you misread. I am all for bowfishing I typed that as a joke bc there happen to be a few that are against it. I couldn't care less. I am aboutto try and put a platform on my buddies prodrive so that we can get into it.
