Thank you. This whole "let's see how they will do next year" bit is tired and recycled. We've been saying that for years.
People are setting themselves up for disappointment with Spags. We don't have the personnel for a dominant defense. And we won't next year, either. It's going to take a few years to complete overturn what we have now.
Spags will have our defense bending and not breaking, much like the last few years. It's not his fault. It's the average players.

Blues posted somewhere that we have 6 1st rounders on the D along with a few 2nd and 3rds, so we ought to have the personnell.

the point isn't let's keep waiting to see if they ever progress; it's to wait and see if it was poor coaching or poor players. If GW were to be here another 5 yrs, we would never know. We now have a guy who has turned players into stars, so now we will know for certain which is the case.
Long was considered a bust before Spags went to StL. Now he's a two time probowler.
