and found myself holding my breath several times throughout the movie.

I watched it over the weekend. I thought it was pretty good. My dad is claustrophobic. I kept thinking how bad he would freek out watching that movie.

I got it from Netflix months ago when it came out and couldn't really finish it. Just not good, IMO. Maybe I need to give it another shot.

I tried to watch it. I am severely claustrophobic and it was killing me.

I didn't feel claustrophobic, but like I said, I found myself holding my breath.
However, it was not because I was scared, it's was when a character was underwater without oxygen for whatever reason (no spoilers). When they were holding their breath, so was I.
What was funny to me is I overtly noticed I was doing it. I even rewound certain scenes and I would again hold my breath when I watched the scene a second time. Hell, I'm doing it right now just thinking about it.
