Better get those refund applications in soon. This has been exposed as a potential $100 million hit to the state treasury because of the poorly drafted statute, and the state treasurer is pushing for a special session just to fix the law.
The state DOR secretary has already resigned, probably over this issue. Legislators and governor dont read own laws
