If you have a true baby hawk, its eyes will likely be blue, and if thats the case.. He will associate you with food and become forever MAL imprinted on humans and can never be released back into the wild due to the risk of the hawk being aggressive towards humans during mating season, or during food challenges.

I suggest somehow getting it to the LSU Vet school.. They are not the best but they are better than most..

Falconry is not keeping hawks as pets BTW, they are hunting partners , nothing more.. They can survive on their own without us, they just prefer to use us to jump game..
