If you listen to the interview with his cousin who is a sheriff in Russell County, AL... Look for "A Must Listen"

The sheriff said that it appears that it is his cousin in the video and it was so out of character for Brian to do what he did and to his knowledge he had never been in trouble before.

He was a district manager for Hibbett's not some store manager in a mall (although he may have been in that position while climbing the corporate ladder.)
