I wouldnt call some knock offs.. Some are just as good or better. Some are complete crap.
Grill Dome, Primo, Komodo Kamado, Kamado Joe are on the same level or better
Bayou Classic,Saffire,vision would be a step down in quality. Anything made in China Buyer beware.

I have a large green egg and use it at least once a week. If I were to buy another I would look at the Primo which is nice and is an oval making it a bit larger. I believe you can get several that are comparable.
