Alabama has already hired a new OC. Florida has already hired a new OC. Auburn will have one in the next few days.

2 time BCS Champion and present SEC West and overall champion LSU has a former offensive lineman and present offensive line coach as theirs.

Why the hell can't LSU hire a top-flight OC????????????????????

Like one that could lead the team to be 13-0? That would be something.

I really hate our fans sometimes.

Will Les really give up the reins to an OC?

that's the problem. Coaches know each other and obviously with GC and Jimbo saying they had their hand tied, it's gonna be tough to get a good OC in.

Nah, I'll give our #2 ranked defense and legendary DC a little bit of that credit. Maybe you won't but I will.

And, yes, I'll admit, the fact that New Mexico State, ULM, La Tech and North Texas along with more than 100 other teams have better passing games than LSU does bother me. It not only bothers me because LSU SHOULD be able to hire a top-flight OC, but lost the national championship because they finished with FIVE first downs and less than 100 yards of offense in the BIGGEST game of the year!!!

If you're satisfied that Vanderbilt AND Mississippi State both finished with better passing than LSU then there is nothing I can say to you.

I agree with you here.

I agree with you here as well. However, who was, was being the key word, throwing the ball here?

Both of those QBs are now gone. Yes, I think JL should've had more reps but I'm not going to get into that.

Now we have Mett. He was toe to toe with Aaron Murray when he was at UGA for the starting job.
Reminder: Aaron Murray is second to Tyler Wilson this season in passing yards.

It was more of the QB and not the OC. And don't start with bashing Miles threads. Take that garbage to some other thread.

Not saying that last part to you, just the Miles haters who will read this.

Right. The one that lead the team to a 13-0 record this year has to have something wrong with him.

All of those OCs left to take HC jobs.
