Howard coming the 27th after visiting UF this weekend. We are getting his last visit. I hope. If he doesn't commit to UF we are in a good position. But as we've already found out, until the loi is signed, nothing is etched in stone!

247 shows the 20th... I've only seen the 27th once - on an SB*Nation article (mis)quoting some Texas paper. Could someone please provide a link which shows that in fact it is the 27th (I think he is in town this weekend).
