Its hard to talk about accountability when you the coach wins 14 games and his conference exceeding expectations for the season.

I recall hearing a SECCG berth would be enough for Les to keep his job.

I am not question about Les's Job security,which i agree that he has earned.
But as a good AD i would expect Alleva to follow up on the dispirited performance and enquire about the reasoning for not trying to put in Lee.

College footbal is not about what have you done for me lately it's about what are you doing for me now. There is not a person in here that can argue that Les Miles coached that game even close to his pay scale. I'm not a conspiracy theorist so the only other alternative is a dumbass did not prepare properly for the NCG or at the very least was to stupid or arrogant to make a vague resemblance of adjustments. Les looked like the bafoon that a lot of tenured coaches already thinks he is.
