I will be shocked if anything of "substance" comes from this.
Think vanilla.
Think vanilla.

If Les announces he's going to the NFL and accepted a job during the break, that hate for him will be unfathomable. Like, combine the hate for saban, JJ, and espn X 100000
IF (and again, i don't really believe it) those rumors are true, this fanbase will see a meltdown unlike any other
1. the pro-miles crowd will have to take back 6 years of statements about how he's not saban/petrino and he'd never leave LSU for another job like they did. and i don't mean publicly, i mean internally
2. the anti-miles crowd will have 100,000 rounds of ammo to shoot at the world to blow it up like joker
everyone will be in misery, anger, and just looking to revolt

[quote]That is one stupid move on his part. He should just let the shite die down. What in the world is he going to say that is going to make the situation better?[/quot
not neccessarily. and imo, this shite is not going to die down like you think. there are many fans that are really pissed off AT THE WAY WE LOST. losing a game that we competed in would have hurt bad but recovery would have already been done. but losing that game WE WAY WE DID will not die down. the LSU offense DID NOT COMPETE. their play was a complete disaster and it looked like they either threw the damn game or there was something horribly wrong. i think miles should address us fans . the fans pay his damn salary ant the fans are pissed.

It's probably just to say who's going pro and transferring....I'm sure other questions will be asked, but I doubt he'll go into too much detail about anything else.

No way! He is going going to announce JJ as the new QB coach. Regardless what he says, he is now proven over and over to be a liar. So what ever he has to say, it doesn't mean that he is being truthful. So he should just shut his lying mouth.

Hebert has been all over the radio the last few days and he hasn't really said much about anything regarding major implications.
well he's just pandering to get some national publicity and possibly a job at a national show
there are still lines he can't cross or he'll eliminate that opportunity also

Resigning for health reasons. Was going to do it last year, but his health imporved.

quote:I sure wouldn't blame him. Lose one game and gets crucified by the "fans". He's definitely a class act because I'd have done gone off on the fans and media last year, if not before, and flew out of here on the Dominos Plane. I wonder why Saban didn't stay and why y'all are the butt of his jokes now.
Miles to Tampa, book it.

I think they would just blame the fans for running him off and say shite like, "I cant blame him for leaving seeing as he was treated..." and blah blah blah

this makes sense ONLY if he didn't actually say something before the game (and again, those are just rumors and speculations, and i don't even believe them...i'm just talking about in that hypothetical)

As much as he obviously dislikes/is frustrated with Miles I don't think he'd reveal something to the public

The opportunity will present itself.
We have alot of quality 'wants' in the form of questions.

Probably to crucify Bobby Hebert. At least that's what I would do if I were Les.
I was OK with Bobby's question after the game, even with the rambling and bitching, simply because it was what us as fans were thinking and was the question that wanted answered. However, this barnstorming tour through national radio shows simply to bash Miles is enough! There's no need for it at this point. The season is over, T-Bob, Lee, Jefferson are all gone.
The more I try to sift through the rumors, innuendo, etc. on The Rant, the more I find myself believeing that there was no conspiracy as to why the team played poorly or why they may have been "flat." The simple conclusion I have reached is that the offensive game plan was absloutely terrible and that the players knew that going in. These guys (especially the WR's) saw the different offense LSU had for the first 8 games of the season and how much more effective it was when compared to the absolute shite LSU ran in 2009 and especially 2010. They also had a firsthand view of the gradual progression back to that offense in 2011 and I'm sure were frustrated by it. I'm sure they felt that the UGA game should have been a HUGE warning sign despite the fact that LSU won big. It was almost as if they were watching a big tidal wave roll into shore (no pun intended) yet the coaching staff refused to do anything about it. It just so happened that the enormity of the NCG game coupled with the wave crashing down on the LSU offense lead to the explosion of emotions from the players and fans.
