I think you are missing the point
they all threw 20 or less times a game. That is not a wide open passing attack. that is a control running game and a throw deep passing attack or yac's.
which means the OL has to stand up and LSU's was invisible as stated in this thread

No. They threw 20 times or more. Tebow 22. And some of those QB carries were scrambles that started as pass plays
