He's been there for one year, and their offense was much improved.
"Much improved" is a great exaggeration. Scoring had a slight improvement. Total offense was virtually unchanged. Rushing offense was better and passing offense was significantly worse. They have no QB (remember, if you have two, you don't have any), and many times throughout the season they looked as dysfunctional as ever. Like LSU during the last few Crowton years, they don't really have an offensive identity.

No, the fact that they have multiple 5 star recruits currently on their offense and the fact that they will have two more next year is all the convincing you should need.
We also have multiple 5 star recruits currently on our offense and at least one more next year. Lots of teams have that. Doesn't necessarily mean their situation is any better than ours. Tennessee and Florida have multiple 5 star players and their offenses blow donkey balls.

Neither does LSU

If you think LSU has a better offensive outlook than Texas, you are simply being a homer. Again, check out their current recruiting class. Johnathan Gray set national high school records as a running back. And he will be on top of two good running backs they already have. One of which almost set the Big 12 freshman record.
