He has lost very few games because of clock management. Most of the ones he gets called out for we still won.
He actually won in spite of Crowton and 2 defensive coordinators. We didn't have good qb that whole time thanks to RP. He fixed both situations.
I don't think you or i have any idea how Miles "actively takes charge in game prep"
He does recruit with the best, even finding players that others overlook and makes them stars.

Actually, Crowton and the 2 headed D nearly costs him his job.
Also, RP was on his watch. Same with Lee and JJ. The later were never developed properly.
