My major critique of the line play Monday night was an inability to get to the second level which is absolutely critical in running against a 3-4. Rarely were Bama safeties even involved in stopping the run. Their front 7 simply dominated.

No misdirection/counter plays. No delay draws. No stretch plays. No speed sweeps. Their linebackers were downhill all game without even a second of pause to read and react.

Just a total fail unfortunately.
