Bobby didn’t fail at all, he asked the questions that millions of Tiger fans wanted an answer to. I get so sick of the “What was the teams mindset?” and “How could you have better prepared” generic questions. LSU had an extremely talented team this year and there was absolutely no excuse for that performance from the offense. When it was clear to the NATION that the option offense was not going to work, it is your YOUR JOB AS A HEAD COACH TO MAKE THE ADJUSTMENTS!. He failed to do that. Even the players after the game stated JLee probably should have come in in the 3rd quarter and tried something else.

I watched the game with a group of fellow Tiger fans along with 2 Bama fans, and even they (the Bama guys) were wondering what the hell he was thinking by sticking with Jefferson. He was unprepared and got out-coached by Saban.

Les Miles is still our coach and I have no desire to replace him, but he needs to learn from this massive mistake and be sure if, in the future this situation arises again, to make an adjustment.

Congrats ‘Bama, you earned the title.

Go Tigers 2012!

He will catch hell for the next eight months over this, and deservedly so. At some point perhaps he will offer a more lucid explanation and perhaps even an apology to the fan base. At some point I am sure a number of us will be reading another letter from Joe Alleva. I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall in Alleva's office this morning.
