I have a few Spiney Lobster tails for dinner

I was thinking about grilling them. Does anyone have any tips for grilling some lobster tail?

I put a kewer thru them length wise to prevent curlin over the coals,cut the shell back some down the middle,butterfly the meat some and grill basting frequently with garlic butter.

Pretty much what I did minus skewers. Used a pizza stone. They were good!
