Dome parking will not open until noon. They have always done this for late games. However, when they realize that at 11:00 they will have about 40 cars in line on the street, they will open. We will be there at 11ish.
I think the Dome opens 3 hours before gametime, but I'm am not sure about that. We usually go in late.

There are several people already here unloading tailgating supplies up to their parking spots, including me. Hopefully, they decide to open soon. I mean all the parking attendents are in the main office just sitting around.
