NBA League Pass and CST

I live in Shreveport and have Directv. Cox Cable is not in the area.
Last year league pass was blacking all the games out in Shreveport because of CST. If I am able to watch the Hornets on League Pass during this free period should I expect it to continue throughout the season.
Might call up Directv in a alittle while, but wondered if anyone else knew anything.

I'm in BR and I'm blacked out. Maybe Shreveport isn't anymore.
