I concur that the first 3 pics are different deer. First one may be 3.5 , but could use another yr or two. The others look to be 2.5, let em walk for a couple more.
Las t pic you posted is more like it, definitely 4.5 or maybe more. THIS is what you need to shoot.
As far as in daylight, everyone is different. but when you really see a "Big Un", you don't need to second guess at all.
