Are they selling them or giving them away? I've heard a few people mention that they give them to you as you walk in.
I just went ahead and spent the $16 for my two. These tickets are so damn big and I don't want to bend them to fit in my pocket. If you wear the lanyard under your shirt it eliminates the chance of someone trying to rip it off of you.

there were lots of folks selling them in the quarter for about ten bucks, but as you go into the dome, there were people handing them out free to everyone who entered...
