Woman football announcers

Should stick to something other than football. I tried to watch some of the peeps marshmallow bowl or whatever the hell was on yesterday. It was painful to hear a woman try to call a game. I changed the channel shortly after tuning in

And why do they sound the same? The one from the Little Ceasars bowl yesterday sounds just like the one at the Military Bowl right now. And they both sound like my PE teacher back in high school.

I was listening to Fox Sports Radio and the guy said that it's funny when the 4-letter network tries to bring in some women to diversify their announcing teams but the women try their best to sound like men. If you are going to bring a woman on to commentating I only ask 3 things: 1. She sounds like a woman. 2. She's decently attractive and 3. She actually knows a thing or two.

I personally don't care. She probably knows more about football than some other male play-by-play announcers.
Now COLOR commentary is something different...

why do beth mowins, doris burke, amy lawrence, pam ward, etc all sound the exact same?

Play-by-play commentary doesn't require you to have extremely deep knowledge of the sport. If she's competent enough to do her job, then I don't see the big deal.

Amy Lawrence doesn't sound exactly like them if I remember her voice correctly. Whoever has Ali Bronson on their show has some talent with them

Yeah amy lawrence probably doesnt deserve to be in that list but she's the only other chick i could think of off the top of my head.

Yes but they are terrible at talking in general. I don't mind female announcers, but damn, get someone better than the ear drum murderer's row that they currently have.

One of the mowins/burke/wards is calling the military bowl right now. I have no idea which one it is though.
