It helps when you are playing for a national championship every 4 years. Kinda of sells itself, but Miles is as good as any.

It also helps to play for a NC every 2 yrs.

I didn't say it was an easy schedule. I'm just saying the only diff to ours was the Oregon game. Ok, throw in UGA if it makes you feel better. The rest is equal to ours

Yeah, throw out those two games against top tier teams!! Then the schedules are equal!!

If you just throw out those two games LSU lost last season. We would've been undefeated!

Bama last 4 yrs. 12-2, 14-0, 10-3, 11-1, and 2 BCSNC appearances.

12-2 and 14-0 season accomplished with players Mike Shula recruited. I mean, isn't that the argument you guys like to make about Les's first three years?

Where do you get the illusion that LSU is deeper than Bama? That's nuts.
K/P ok, everyone has a weak spot. LSU's is QB.

LSU is currently four deep at QB BEHIND Jefferson and Lee, you stupid frick. After Kiel enrolls, we'll be five deep.

We played the same SEC schedule and we are #1 in total offense and total defense. LSU is #4 in offense and #2 in total defense. Get off this SOS shite. Its not a defining stat over Bama

You are delusional.

LSU played Oregon, WVA,UGA, and Bama away from home.

Bamas toughest opponents were Arky and LSU at home. Penn St. on the road is equivelent to WVU on the road but was a great match up for Bmaa since Penn St. had no offense. The schedules don't compare.

Last 4yrs CNS is 47-6 and CLM is 41-11. Which is better?

Last 5 years ( the usual gump stop at arbitrary numbers when Les coached a title in 2007)
Saban - 49-12 (as per Alabama records)
Miles - 53-13 (as per LSU records)

Miles vs Saban head to head - 3-2

I would say that the better record is obvious but maybe the gump statistics methodologies vary?

You sure do get upset about any post not praising Bama above all others, don't you? This is about Miles, not Mini-me.

I've grown up in this lsu era, so i really haven't got a glimpse of some of the seasons they've had in the past, like the 90's for example. The only time I really got a feel of it was in 08 when they went 8-5, and that would have been a good season for them in those times.

Hes just referring to sabans tail end recruiting. We were really thin at oline and while i dont blame saban i also cant fault miles for a horrible 05 class. Also saban has done an amazing job at bama, he built on what worked at lsu and perfected it.

Dude!!.... Seriously if West Virginia wins that means LSU beat the Rose, and Orange bowl champions both by double digits. Oh yea I fogot if Georgia's Blair walsh wasn't taking tips from your kicker we beat the Outback champions also.
