You didn't see that game. In the first half alone - SMU basically 21 points off of their C-USA Zebras. Phantom roughing calls twice when TCU had them stuffed and at least 2 phantom PI calls when there was NO contact. Not to mention twice when the official stepped into the pattern of a TCU WR as the ball was arriving. It was one of the worst officiating jobs I'd ever seen.

Complaints were lodged and calls for attention to be paid at the half and the game ended up in OT.

Not that I blame SMU... Just their boosters.

While I'm on the subject - I am glad SMU didn't lose June Jones, though. I've met him and several of his Asst. Coaches - Great bunch of guys who really care about their players and their program.

A team looking to move to a stronger conference shouldn't have kept it that close in the first place
