Vitascope Hall in the Hyatt is cool (tvs at each booth), or the Hyatt atrium where they'll likely have the game projected on the wall (was there before the NO bowl and it was packed, with drinks for purchase in the lobby and a 20' or so projection of the afternoon bowl game on the atrium wall).

Ernst Cafe (they now have tvs above the outside sidewalk tables) & other Fulton St. bars
Walk-ons (but might be easier to get in the game!)
Club Decatur
Three Legged Dog
Johnny White's etc...
