Ahhh, more laws. Awesome.
I say that is horse shite. The legislative branch or any other body of government should not have to write laws that stop this practice. LSU is fully capable of policing itself. If there is something ethically wrong with giving away the tickets, that is on LSU and the Sugar Bowl Committee.
If you think the legislators are wrong for accepting the tickets, then you should AT LEAST think LSU is wrong for giving them.
