JerryWorld cost 1.15 Billion.
But yeah, 20 years down the road, 1.2 Billion may not build half of a 120K state-of-the-art stadium.

Let's put it this way. I was always somewhat in awe of the Superdome until I went to the Oregon game and then went to the Superdome last weekend and saw the place as plain and as small as I have ever seen it. So bigger and plusher can be better. On the other hand I can't imagine going to a home LSU football in a stadium other than the Stadium I have enjoyed for 40+ years. I am perfectly happy knowning this hypothetical will never happen in my lifetime.
